Track & Field

Track or not, we train!

Our Track & Field program vs our Run, Jump, Throw programs only differ in their access to a track itself. This simply means that our Run, Jump, Throw programs may be offered at a park or school field, whereas Track & Field will always be hosted at a track.

Emphasis on Fun

We use event-specific games at all of our practices to help drill specific movement patterns, teach multi planar movement, and inject a bit of fun into each and every day! Competition is only a part of what we do.

1 Season, 8 Events

Throughout a track season with us, our athletes will be introduced to eight different track and field events: sprints, hurdles, relays, long jump, high jump, discus, javelin (TurboJav), shot put, and middle distance.

Mini Olympics

The last practice of each season will culminate with a mini Olympics! We challenge our team members to test their skills in at least 5 of the 8 events taught over the course of the season. Events they do not compete in they are cheerleaders for their teammates!
