Each practice will challenge our runners with a new workout designed to improve their endurance over time while accommodating all ability levels.
Progress over Perfection
Our programming is all about getting a little bit better each and every day. We focus on progress, not on outcome. Competition is a part of what we do, but it isn’t the focus.
Emphasis on Fun
We use games at all of our practices to help teach our runners multi planar movements, teamwork and cooperation, as well as to inject some fun into each day!
Race Opportunities
We do our best to find local races for our teams to compete in, but it isn’t always an option. As an alternative, our seasons will always start and end with a race opportunity (time trial) at practice.
