Support and Resources
Runner2Runner ensures that program hosts are fully equipped for success by providing essential support and resources. This includes facility insurance, USATF membership, Safe Sport training, equipment and a comprehensive curriculum designed to engage young athletes. Hosts will also benefit from registration and customer service management, software to streamline communication with parents, and access to training calls with follow-up Q&A sessions. These resources ensure a seamless and professional experience for both participants and organizers.
-
Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for securing a facility and providing qualified coaches, ensuring a minimum 8:1 athlete-to-coach ratio. Additionally, hosts are expected to collaborate with Runner2Runner to maintain program quality and ensure participant satisfaction throughout the program duration.

Program Structure and Compensation
Runner2Runner private programs are structured as six-week sessions designed for elementary and middle school students, with practices held twice a week. The curriculum is tailored to different age groups—Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, and Middle School—providing developmentally appropriate activities and instruction. Each program concludes with a fun inter-squad competition, celebrating participants’ growth and accomplishments. Hosts are compensated with a stipend and commissions based on the number of registrations, offering financial incentives to drive participation and program success.

Program Benefits
The Runner2Runner program provides high schools with funding based on participation and fosters leadership skills in student-athletes through coaching and mentorship opportunities. The community also benefits as children are introduced to healthy habits and lifelong fitness in a fun, non-competitive environment. Our programs build excitement for running and inspire young athletes to join high school teams in the future.
